I'M NOT A GOOD DANCER. SHOULD I STILL JOIN?

Absolutely! Our classes focus primarily on the therapeutical benefits of dance, and not so much on the dances themselves. Even if you feel you can't dance, by just attending the classes, listening to the music, and moving, you will gain so much benefit physically, mentally, and emotionally as your brain begins to create positive new neural pathways.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Anything you feel comfortable dancing in. It is advised to wear a good pair of sneakers so that your feet and knees have good support. Most ladies wear casual leggings and t-shirts and always bring with them plenty of water.

Yes of course! Our classes are very conscious of creating the most inclusive and nurturing environment for all women to feel comfortable, welcome, and supported. No matter how your fitness levels are or your age, we welcome you to come and join us and experience the healing benefits that dance and yoga have to offer.
