RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA ONLINE

Restorative Yin Yoga is entirely made up of poses done close to the ground, like seated forward folds, hip openers, supine twists, and supported backbends. There is no flow, vinyasa, or standing postures. All poses are held for approximately 3 minutes per side and are taught with a variety of props to support the weight of the body.

Our dance therapy classes are so much fun! They are beneficial for both physical and mental health. Dance therapy can be used for stress reduction, disease prevention, and mood management. It also offers increased muscular strength, coordination, mobility, and decreased muscular tension.
