Release Your Rhythm ™ is a unique dance program that has been specifically designed to help women of all ages come alive through the therapeutic power of dance. These inspiring classes are held in a safe and nurturing environment and are extremely healing, liberating and fun.
Our dance classes have been designed for women who want to use dance as a form of therapy in order to help them release the stresses of their daily lives and reconnect with their passions and inner joy. This program is fantastic for anyone dealing with anxiety, depression, everyday stresses from work or family life, for those who feel disconnected from their true selves or who just want to bring more fun into their lives! Dancing uplifts us and helps us to get out of our minds and back into our bodies and most importantly, it helps to set ourselves free.
Nicoletta, our founder and teacher has been teaching dance and movement classes for the past 10 years. She has worked extensively as a dance therapist for those living with dementia, within aged care facilities, with women's pelvic floor issues and with those dealing with anxiety and depression. These experiences have shown her first hand the transformational qualities that dance therapy can provide for people of all ages and how it can positively change your life.

Online Yin Yoga Class
Yin Yoga from the comfort of your home.
We love Yin Yoga because it is gentle, easy and effective. Getting to the yoga studio can often be difficult, especially if you are working full time, are a mother with young children, you are unwell or simply feel uncomfortable attending classes. These online classes for women are a relaxing way to unwind at the end of the day and prepare yourself for a good night's sleep.
